Can I personalise both sides of my board?

Absolutely! You can engrave the front, back or both. Choose from small front text engraving or custom engraving for names, messages, logos and artwork. Each engraving option is priced separately.

Can I use my own artwork or Canva design?

Yes! Upload your artwork or use our free Canva template to create something personal. Simply choose your preferred design method when ordering.

Will I see my engraving before it's made?

Yes. For custom engraving, we'll email you a digital proof after you've placed your order. We'll confirm the layout and positioning, and nothing will be engraved until you've approved it.

Does my board come in a gift box?

Yes! Every Family Board comes beautifully presented in our signature black gift box, making it a thoughtful gift for weddings, housewarmings, birthdays and other special occasions.

How long will my order take?

Please allow approximately 7 working days for us to prepare, personalise and dispatch your board. For custom engraving, prompt approval of your design proof helps us stay on schedule. Delivery time is additional and will depend on your location.

How do I care for my cutting board?

Hand wash with mild soap and dry promptly. Never soak your board or put it in the dishwasher. Occasionally apply a food-safe board balm to nourish and protect the timber.

Can I purchase the board without engraving?

Of course! Simply select 'No engraving' when ordering. The Family Board is designed to be beautiful and functional on its own, with personalisation completely optional.

Can I choose where my engraving is positioned?

Absolutely! Small front text is engraved in the bottom-right corner. For custom engraving, you can tell us your preferred placement, or use our free Canva template to position your design directly on the board. Simply drag your design into place so we can see exactly what you have in mind. We'll confirm the final layout in your digital proof before engraving.
