This website is operated by Wallace Run. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Wallace Run.
By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with any other policies linked on our website, including our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
These Terms apply to all users of our website and online store.
1. Online Store
You may use our website and products only for lawful purposes.
You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use the website in a way that infringes the rights of Wallace Run or another person.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
2. Products
Wallace Run products are handcrafted and may naturally vary from the photographs shown on our website.
Timber is a natural material, and variations in grain, colour, tone and pattern are expected. These natural variations make each piece individual and are not, by themselves, considered faults.
We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on the timber used, lighting, photography and the screen on which products are viewed.
3. Personalised and Engraved Products
Where you order engraving or personalisation, please check all names, dates, messages and other information carefully before submitting your order.
We will engrave the information supplied with your order. Once work on a personalised product has commenced, changes may not be possible.
For logo engraving, you are responsible for supplying a clear and suitable logo file and confirming that you have permission to use any logo, artwork or other material supplied to us.
We may contact you if artwork or wording is unsuitable for engraving or if clarification is required before production.
Nothing in this section limits your rights where an error has been made by Wallace Run or where you are otherwise entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
4. Orders and Payment
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping and contact information when placing an order.
An order is not considered accepted until it has been successfully submitted and payment has been authorised.
If we are unable to fulfil an order, or if there has been an obvious pricing, availability or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and provide a full refund of any amount paid.
5. Prices and Availability
Product prices, specifications and availability may change from time to time.
Changes to pricing will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where there has been an obvious error that we contact you about before fulfilment.
Products may be available in limited quantities and may be discontinued without notice.
6. Shipping
Orders are prepared and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Please ensure the delivery address entered at checkout is correct. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.
Delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our direct control.
7. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Guarantees
Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you have under Australian Consumer Law.

When you provide us with text, logos, artwork or other material for personalisation, you confirm that you have the right to use that material for the requested purpose.
