Shipping Policy

All Wallace Run orders are prepared and packed with care from our workshop on the NSW South Coast.

Processing times
Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. This timeframe excludes weekends and public holidays. Personalised and engraved orders are included within this timeframe unless otherwise advised.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available.

Shipping rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and are in addition to our processing time. Carrier delivery estimates are provided as a guide only, and delays can occasionally occur after an order has left our workshop.

Delivery address
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to make changes once an order has been dispatched.

Lost, delayed or damaged orders
If your order is delayed, appears to be lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us through our Contact Us page and we will assist you.
