About Us

Wallace Run is a working farm and workshop on the NSW South Coast, where we make timber products, grow produce and raise animals as part of everyday life on the property.

What started as a place to build, grow and produce for ourselves is gradually becoming a wider range of products we’re proud to share — from handcrafted kitchenware and household goods to farm-grown and farm-raised products. As Wallace Run grows, we’re excited to keep developing new products from what we can make, grow and raise here.

The FARM

A working small farm

The farm is at the heart of everyday life at Wallace Run.

We raise goats, sheep, pigs, poultry, including silkie chickens and laying hens, produce eggs, keep bees for honey and beeswax, and grow produce including bananas and other seasonal fruit and vegetables.

Not everything we produce is sold through the online store, but it is all part of Wallace Run and the way the property operates.

The farm is constantly evolving, with new products and ideas developing from what we can grow, raise and make here.

Handcrafted timber products

Our timber products are made by hand in the Wallace Run workshop using Australian hardwoods including Blackbutt and Red Gum.

Each board is cut, shaped and sanded here before being finished by hand with our natural beeswax blend.

We focus on making practical pieces that are built to be used, while letting the natural grain, colour and character of the timber speak for itself.

Made

Timberwares, wood care products and other pieces designed and made here, often starting with something we wanted to use ourselves around the kitchen, home or farm.

Grown

Seasonal fruit, vegetables and other produce grown here at Wallace Run, with more added as the farm develops.

Raised

Goats, sheep, pigs and poultry raised on the property, along with eggs, honey and other farm products when available.
